User Performance Notes

User performance notes are additional notes added by you or other Administrators about Users. You can view other Administrators' notes about a particular User or add new ones. You have the ability to attach files to the notes, and to make the notes active or inactive. You can add User Performance Notes from either the Users menu or from the Enrollments menu.

From the Users Menu

On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click  on the Users menu to expand it.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Use the Filters section to search for the Users you want to work with.
  4. Scroll down if necessary to view the Users section.

From the Enrollments Menu

On the Control Panel:

  1. Click   on the Enrollments menu to expand it.
  2. Click Enrollments.
  1. Click next to the Enrollment.
  2. Scroll down if necessary to view the Users section.

Viewing User Performance Notes

To view performance notes for a User:

  1. Click next to the User for whom you want. The User Performance Notes window opens. All notes previously added by you or other Administrators are listed in the Notes section in summary format. You can filter the notes by status by selecting Active, Inactive, or Both from the Status drop-down list.
  2. Click next to a note to expand it.

  1. Click next to the note to collapse it.

Adding New User Performance Notes

You can add new notes for a User. You can also attach files to the notes. On the User Performance Notes window:

  1. Click Add Note.

  1. Type the Note. You can type a maximum of 3500 characters.
  2. (Optional) Attach a file to the note.
  1. Click Browse.
  2. Browse to the location of the file you want on your PC or network.
  3. Select the file and click Open.
  1. Click Save.

Changing the Status of a User Performance Note

You can make active notes inactive, or make inactive notes active by changing the status of the note. On the User Performance Notes window:

  1. Select one of the following from the Select a filter drop-down list:
  1. Click the check box in the Actions column next to the note for which you want to change
    the status.
  2. Click Change Status.
